He watched his daughter talking with her friends in awe.
She was talking enthusiastically on how he proposed her while they were busy shopping at the mall that never once did she notice her dad.
He continued looking at her. How fast has she grown up and how fluently she talks in English. Something that no one in his family had achieved. His face radiated with an overwhelming happiness.
She got furious when one of her friends intruded her abruptly. “What?”she shouted.
“Sshh, talk softly. Your father is listening,” her friend told her.
After glaring at her father, “Aaah! He won’t understand anyways,”she said and continued narrating on how awesome her boyfriend is.
Note:- They never let you down when you were a nobody. Never let them down when you are a somebody.
